The Polar Ignite 3 fitness watch can help you look after your health. It offers personalised training guidance and lets you track wellbeing and sporting performance. New features include customisable widgets, voice guidance, improved GPS accuracy, a faster processor and an AMOLED display. The watch also includes walking and running tests. It has a WR30 water-resistance rating, so it can be used for swimming but not for diving.

Ignite 3 now features a high-resolution AMOLED display. The screen is protected by curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3.0.

Battery life

The battery lasts up to 30 hours with GPS and heart-rate monitoring enabled. You can extend battery life to up to 100 hours by switching on power-save mode. In watch mode with 24/7 heart-rate monitoring (GPS off) the battery lasts up to 5 days.

Voice guidance

You can now receive audio feedback for your workouts via the Polar Flow training platform. Voice feedback does not require activating the watch, so you can fully focus on your session.

Improved GPS

The updated dual-frequency GPS provides more accurate distance measurement and location data.

Wellbeing tracking

Measure your resting and training heart rate with the watch's precise optical heart-rate sensor. You can also track sleep quality and recovery from your workouts.
