Connectivity and compatibility
AirPods use Apple's enhanced H1 chip for ultra-fast pairing with iPhone. You can also pair them with other devices, such as older iPhone models, Macs, iPad or iPod touch via Bluetooth. These AirPods are compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch models running iOS 12.2 or later. They are also compatible with Apple Watch models running watchOS 5.2 or later and Mac models running macOS 10.14.4 or later.

Pairing and integration
Pairing AirPods with your iPhone is extremely easy. Hold the charging case next to your iPhone and tap the connect button that appears on the screen. The earbuds power on and connect automatically when removed from the case. They are also set up automatically for use with Apple Watch, Mac or iPad via iCloud integration.

Battery life
The compact AirPods provide up to six hours of listening on a single charge. The supplied charging case extends total battery life up to 30 hours, and a five-minute quick charge gives up to one hour of listening time.
