Fully rebuilt rider's rocket!

Hornet customised to personal taste, mostly cosmetic changes visible in the photos.

Work done last year before winter storage:

Front fork rebuilt, slightly stiffer oil and new seals; front wheel bearings replaced.

Engine checked, cam head inspected, valve clearances checked and compression measured (just over 12 bar in each).

Digital instruments replaced + fuel level sensor added to the tank; tank cleaned and fuel filter replaced. ECU moved under the seat and the whole wiring harness inspected/modified and re-wrapped. (Now ready for adding a gear indicator to the dash).

Throttle bodies and injectors fully cleaned off the bike; throttle bodies synced and fuel delivery calibrated; new air filter.

Spark plugs and ignition leads replaced.

Coolant and brake fluids changed.

Brakes fully inspected; discs and pads have plenty of life left.

Seat reupholstered.

Engine oil and filter changed every riding season.

Chains and sprockets regularly cleaned, lubricated and adjusted; in good condition.

Fitted with fatbar risers and a stainless-steel pipe.

No original handlebars, instruments, headlight or exhausts included.

Includes a box of other original parts and a pile of spares such as ignition components, sensors, etc., which may be hard to source nowadays.
