The lot is sold in an online auction held on the site www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 26 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the site www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 26 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment must be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately upon acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment instructions will be given to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit an offer through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The offer must be submitted no later than 23 February 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at the address

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.
