The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 25 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid is to be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Further payment details will be provided to the buyer after the bid is accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 20 February 2026 at 12:00 in writing to the Enforcement Authority at:

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer applies.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bid increment automation. The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by a free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
