The item is sold without warranty or right of return. A handling fee of €29.90 will always be added to the auction price, regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the buyer. The consumer sale provisions of the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to this auction. Bids cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned. Failure to pay the purchase price will be charged as resale and handling costs of 10% of the purchase price, but at least €100. In addition, the buyer may be charged actual and reasonable costs resulting from the cancellation of the sale. Unpaid claims may be transferred to a collection agency.
