Auction terms:

Binding nature

By participating in the auction the bidder accepts that the winning bid forms a binding contract between the seller and the buyer. The sale cannot be unilaterally cancelled after bidding, and the 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply. The buyer has the opportunity to inspect the lot and its information on site before bidding.

Right of withdrawal

The sale of this lot is carried out in a genuine auction where the buyer can inspect the lot before bidding. In such auctions the 14-day consumer cancellation right under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply, as this is not a distance sale.

Condition and terms of sale

The lot is sold as seen, taking into account the item’s age, mileage and general condition. The seller gives no additional guarantees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the lot carefully before bidding. By bidding the buyer accepts the stated condition of the lot and the auction terms in full.

Collection and payment

After the winning bid the lot must be collected and paid for within the agreed time frame. Failure to collect does not release the buyer from the payment obligation. The seller has the right to claim the purchase price, compensation by legal means and any price difference from the buyer in connection with resale of the lot.
