The item will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 19 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized object is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 19 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid has been accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer on the same day to the Enforcement Authority’s official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. More detailed payment instructions will be given to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.
