• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed and described for the listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a professional so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must, before making an offer, familiarise themselves with the premises in question and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller's warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each bid has its own collection fee; if you have several winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always verify any matters that may affect your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For overdue collection a charge of €40/day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please read the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.
