The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when creating the listing.

• 🔕 Products The items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected, uninspected or possibly untaxed vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late pick-up fee of €40 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If a buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price (if lower) and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, together with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no right of return or exchange

• the lot is sold as-is, but the seller warrants that the information provided in the listing is correct
