The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale.
The Sale of goods act applies to items sold by auction.
According to the Sale of goods act the condition assessment applicable is the auction starting price.

The purchase must be collected within 5 working days of the auction closing unless otherwise agreed.
For any additional days we charge a storage fee of €50/day.
Forklift loading assistance is available.
Delivery can also be arranged via a carrier at the buyer's expense.
