The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items shown in the pictures are not included unless specifically stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe detachment, transfer, packaging and removal of the lot and all related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless agreed otherwise), and the purchase price paid will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration will be made using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. New invoices issued afterwards with different details and any extra work will be charged to the buyer. Outstanding vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Auction acceptance can take from days to even weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions are performed on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
