The item is sold without warranty or right of return. A handling fee of €29.90 will always be added to the auction price, regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the buyer. The contract is concluded between the bankruptcy estate and the buyer. The seller is the bankruptcy estate and not an entrepreneur as referred to in section 1, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. The provisions on consumer sales in the Consumer Protection Act do not apply to this auction. Bids cannot be cancelled and goods cannot be returned. Failure to pay the purchase price will be charged as resale and handling costs amounting to 10% of the purchase price, however at least €100. In addition, the buyer may be charged the actual and reasonable costs incurred due to the cancellation of the sale. Unpaid receivables may be transferred to a debt collection agency.
