For sale: a twin‑charged "Noppa" Corolla mainly used for ice‑track messing about. You can tell from the bodywork that it has never been used in serious competition. Not that I haven't pushed it enough for the gearbox to give up. It has never been rolled or otherwise bashed. Driven only on tarmac and ice, and a couple of times off onto the grass to gain extra seconds on a lap.


The shell is an old Toyota Corolla and that’s about it. The car has been rebuilt from scratch; the biggest changes are the firewall moved well back, a four‑link rear, and a roll cage. The cage is not FIA‑rated, so it’s only suitable for rock rally if you seek fame and glory along with the adrenaline.


The engine was once measured at around 500 hp, but power was reduced roughly by half because I wanted to survive, and traction on ice is a problem even with those power figures.
