Generator capacities and number of ozone plates and power supplies

40,000 mg/h: 4 double-sided ozone plates and 2 power supplies.

20,000 mg/h: 4 one-sided ozone plates and 1 power supply.

10,000 mg/h: 2 one-sided ozone plates and 1 power supply.

Ion production requires an ioniser unit inside the machine. Ozone plates do not produce ions.

If the unit you buy is promised to produce negative ions, check that the unit contains the ion-producing component shown in the last picture.

NOTE! Be careful when buying devices.

ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced into indoor air cause light, positively charged airborne particles to cluster and fall out of the breathing zone. Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds that are harmful when inhaled. Various microbe-produced toxins (microbial volatile compounds) are a significant health risk if they reach the lungs and bloodstream. Unmixed heavy microbial toxins cause harm mainly via spores, which are the producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative ionisation depends on high concentrations.

When a unit produces both ozone and negative ions, the effectiveness is 5–10 times better than ozone alone, and high concentrations remove spores and odours effectively even from porous materials such as sofas and bedding.

Fine particles in indoor air pose a serious health risk in homes and workplaces.

Harmful fine particles travel with inhaled air to the deep lung (alveoli) and into the bloodstream, causing serious health problems in addition to asthma and allergies.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation work especially effectively in a positively pressurised building.

    Ozone and negative ionisation together form compounds that effectively remove microbial spores and various odours, for example sewer gases, smoke smells, bacterial and mould toxins, and persistent cooking and tobacco smells.

    Ozone and negative ionisation also remove fine particles and MVOC and VOC compounds.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation produce pleasant, easy-to-breathe indoor air, good for people to occupy.

    Ozone and negative ionisation together provide very clean indoor air for workspaces as well.

Ozonation of indoor air cannot be carried out while people are present because ozone is produced in large quantities to destroy microbes.
