The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 15 m² (3,000 × 5,000 mm) preserved-timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a screwdriver/driver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×5 prefabricated terrace consists of elements and is an easy and quick terrace solution to install. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional on-site built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple look: the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from a solid, sturdy 145 mm wide preserved timber board. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace with low adjustable feet is delivered with a single perimeter board, while a terrace with high adjustable feet is delivered with two perimeter boards.

The terrace is delivered as five ready-made 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm elements. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is easy — you only need a screwdriver/driver. Everything else is included.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The adjustable feet allow for small unevennesses at the installation site and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height from ground to top surface is, depending on the feet, 266–306 mm with the low feet and 306–386 mm with the high feet. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing underlay for under the terrace. Installation is carried out by placing the elements in position one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fitting the next element. The elements are joined with screw connections. The connection method is strong, and the terrace does not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the compatible driver bits are included in the delivery.

Patio prefabricated terraces are easily extendable and can be equipped, for example, with railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so fitting extras is easy even as a retrofit.

The frame is made of efficiently treated, ground-contact suitable class A preserved timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five-year frame warranty.

The auctioned item can be collected at an agreed time from our factory or we can ship it to the buyer by freight, with the buyer responsible for unloading from the delivery vehicle, unless the item can be delivered by tail-lift (length under 2.4 m). NOTE! If the delivery method is collection, the pickup time must be arranged separately.
