The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3000 x 3000 mm) pressure-treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery contains everything you need; you only need a cordless screwdriver/drill to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3x3 prefabricated terrace is made from elements and offers a fast and simple installation. The finished terrace looks and performs like a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance. The decking is continuous with no end-joints. The decking is made from sturdy 145 mm wide pressure-treated boards. Edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace supplied with low adjustable feet comes with a single run of edge boards. A terrace with high adjustable feet is supplied with two runs of edge boards.

The terrace is delivered as three ready-made elements measuring 1000 mm x 3000 mm each. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is easy; the only tool required is a cordless screwdriver/drill. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The adjustable feet compensate for small unevenness in the installation area and small changes in ground level. The low adjustable foot allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet selected, the terrace height is 266–306 mm (low feet) or 306–386 mm (high feet) from ground to top of decking. The delivery includes a weed-preventing underlay for beneath the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fixing the next element in place. Elements are joined with screw connections. The jointing method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and required screwdriver/drill bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace can be easily expanded and fitted with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so equipment can be added later as needed.

The terrace frame is manufactured from efficiently treated A-grade pressure-treated timber suitable for ground contact. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five-year frame warranty.
