The modern Kraft&Dele inverter welder is designed for shielded metal arc welding (MMA/SMAW). Shielded metal arc welding uses a consumable electrode coated with a flux.

Designed for manual arc welding; electrode thickness is 1.6–5.0 mm depending on the chosen material and its thickness. Stepless welding current adjustment enables optimal welding tasks even for beginners.

The welder is equipped with a VRD system that reduces the welding torch voltage when welding is not in progress. This increases user safety by minimising the risk of electric shock. The correct voltage is restored when the arc is reignited.
