Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised representative.

We charge a cancellation/non‑payment compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale or unpaid winning bid.
