The unit has been used to heat a terrace-house complex. It was removed from service when the property's heating system was changed, and was operational at removal.

Purchased 2015, decommissioned 2021, but water has been circulating in the unit since and it has been kept maintained. Removed by a professional.

Functionality has not been separately tested at the time of sale.
