Gearbox:

- Quick-release on the female shaft. Fits directly onto the tractor PTO shaft

- For 2-series gear pump

- Gear ratio 1:3.8


Hydraulic pump:

- Size 2

- Displacement 25 cm³/rev

- Connections: Suction: G3/4" Pressure: G1/2"

- Max pump pressure 215 bar


Pump output at different engine speeds:

- 800 rpm    20 L/min

- 1200 rpm    30 L/min

- 1600 rpm    41 L/min

- 2000 rpm    51 L/min


The direction of rotation in this package is set correctly when the tractor PTO rotates clockwise when viewed from the rear.


Gearboxes are delivered without oil.

Before use, fill with SAE 90 oil up to the sight glass level; change oil after approx. 50 hours.

Thereafter change about once a year. 


The following steps are required when installing a new hydraulic pump:

• The oil used in the hydraulic system must be absolutely clean before the new pump is put into service.

• Drain the hydraulic system and clean the tank and suction strainer.

• Replace the filter and fill with clean oil.

• Vent the pump and reset the relief valve.

• Run the pump unloaded for half an hour and increase the load gradually until the machine manufacturer's recommendation is reached.

• The drive shaft must not be subjected to prohibited axial or radial forces.

• Use only purpose-designed O-rings when connecting the pump. Check the direction of rotation.

• The pressure and suction lines must be sized for the actual flow.

• Check the relief valve setting using a pressure gauge.
