The buyer must promptly make the transfer tax notification and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due if the amount is under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. Sole trader Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions on how to make the transfer tax declaration in the Finnish tax service (OmaVero).
