Skiing in Salla is in a class of its own. A superb and well-maintained network of cross‑country trails brings skiers back year after year to enjoy and relax on varied tracks. Salla’s diverse, well-kept and uncrowded trails provide excellent conditions for a successful skiing experience. There are 160 km of trails in total, of which 43 km are lit. Along the routes you can enjoy stunning scenery, a hot drink in a trail café or feed the Siberian jays at a lean‑to during a snack break.

Enjoy the fresh purity of the wilderness, the enchanting scenery and, at the end of the day, relax in the spa’s whirlpool. Refreshing time in nature gives experiences, memories and meaning — it inspires and restores energy.

In the Sallatunturi area there are 100 km of marked hiking trails with several lean‑tos and shelters and firewood. If you are interested in birds, the area hosts about 100 species of marsh and forest birds, adding a new dimension to your hikes.

Nearby are also Northern Europe’s largest wilderness areas: Naruska, Oulanka National Park and Tuntsa, which has been called one of Europe’s finest hiking destinations.

At Salla Ski Resort the versatile and top‑condition slopes ensure no queues. Slopes suit beginners, pleasure skiers, park riders and slalom experts alike. Children and beginners have their own slope area at the base of the front slopes next to the keloravintola restaurant. The Snow Park offers great jumps and features for both experienced and novice park riders.

The black FIS race slope, suitable for national teams, ensures challenges never run out. The deep powder in Salla’s backcountry attracts freeriders.

Salla Wilderness Park offers countless escapes from everyday life. Huskies and reindeer take you into beautiful Lapland nature and a ride through the snowy forest is a breathtaking experience.

Snowmobiling through the forest is a memorable experience. Salla has 200 km of snowmobile routes!

On holiday it’s nice to eat well. Whether you choose an à la carte restaurant, a traditional kota restaurant or a café, you’ll enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere. For after‑ski entertainment there are pubs and live music.

At the foot of Sallatunturi, the Salla Sports Centre offers versatile indoor sports year‑round. Play badminton, floorball, tennis or volleyball, or jump on the trampoline. Salla is known for its war history. Winter War battlefields and memorials are located around the municipality. The war also left marks in the nature, where wartime artefacts and trenches can still be found.

Your holiday week is first and foremost carefree relaxation. Owning a holiday week gives you a share in a holiday home. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning including linens, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

Maintenance fee for 2026:

€405 per year.

The fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep of the apartment and grounds, purchases and repairs, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management and administration, etc.

If you are unable to use the week yourself, you can rent the apartment yourself or leave it to Holiday Club to rent out. Holiday Club’s rental price for this apartment and week is €1,379 per week, so there is potential for good rental income or an inexpensive personal holiday.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance fee and receives the share’s right of use from week 5/2026 onwards (Sat 24 January 2026 – Sat 31 January 2026).

NOTE! Alternatively the buyer may leave the week 5/2026 right of use with the seller; in that case the buyer pays the seller half of the 2026 maintenance fee (€202.50) at the time of payment of the purchase price.

Check‑in from 18:00 and check‑out by 10:00.
