The Garmin Fenix 6 sports watch is an excellent companion for tracking workouts and health. Choose a profile suited to your sport for the most accurate tracking. Sports features
Create custom sport profiles for any activity or combine several profiles into one—for example for triathlon training. The Fenix 6 records everything from squats to swimming. Track times, distances or heart-rate history using Multisport mode and upload data to the free Garmin Connect mobile app to monitor activity and plan future workouts. In addition to a Multisport profile, the watch has separate profiles for swimming, skydiving, golf, running, weightlifting, climbing, cycling and many others. With a 10 ATM rating you can wear the watch swimming and keep it on in the shower.

Positioning
The Fenix 6 includes GPS, GLONASS and Galileo positioning. GPS starts automatically when you begin an activity that needs it and stops when you finish, saving power and extending battery life. With GPS you can view running routes, start and finish points for races, or golf course holes.

Barometric altimeter, 3-axis compass
The Fenix 6 has a barometric altimeter and an electronic 3‑axis compass. The sensors are auto‑calibrated using the GPS receiver. The altimeter accurately measures ascents and descents and includes features useful for skydivers. The barometer can also help predict short‑term weather changes by monitoring air‑pressure variations. The 3‑axis electronic compass tracks your movements precisely.

Menstrual cycle tracking
The device includes a feature for women to track their menstrual cycle, giving better insight into health and helping identify symptoms typical of different cycle phases.

Battery
The Fenix 6 offers up to 12 days of battery life in smartwatch mode and 19 hours in GPS mode.
