Minor project — needs inspection.

The battery failed in summer and after fitting a new battery the airpack warning light has stayed on.

For the MOT there should be nothing else but that warning light; approximately 1,500 km driven since the last inspection.


Extensive technical work carried out, including:

Fitted to the engine in spring 2023: - timing kit (belt, tensioners, water pump) - accessory belt

- spark plugs

Fitted to the engine in autumn 2023: - NewLock locking valve stem seals - valve cover gasket

- engine oil and filter


Also during 2023–2025: - strut top mounts - battery

- tie rod ends

Suspension: JOM Blueline coilovers (approved at modification inspection)

Front doors fitted with a Hertz 2-way component set in the original locations.


The roof does not operate electrically at the moment. It should be investigated, but it is very likely a wiring fault — these often break at a hinge point. There are good repair videos on YouTube. A spare wiring loom and a spare roof ECU are included for safety; with those it should be possible to get it working. The roof can be opened and closed manually.

If the car does not sell at a sensible price, it still has a 2.0 turbo engine. Other cars I have followed have 1.6 and 1.8 engines and appear to start from €5,500. So a tidy convertible with a small tweak for the summer!

The car is sold on the 17" alloys shown in the last pictures with well‑conditioned studded tyres. No other tyres or wheels are included. Collection is possible with transit plates or by trailer.
