The item is sold in an online auction organised on the www.huutokaupat.com website.

The online auction ends on 4 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

When bids are placed in the online auction they are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official deposit account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. A deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the whole purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale has been carried out. The current rate of default interest is 9.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The property has been seized and it will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the sale item. Therefore, buyers should inspect the sale item before placing a bid.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration for the acquisition within six months of the date of the deed of sale. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively no later than when applying for title registration, unless the buyer is exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer will obtain ownership and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale decision has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
