Seized hay tedder, Kouvola

The lot is sold by competitive bidding in an online auction organised on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 15 January 2026 and 29 January 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding period ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to liability for the buyer under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 28 January 2026 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kouvola office, Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The successful bidder must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying into the escrow account, use reference number RF16 3960 0000 0282 62. If the successful bidder fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder is liable for any costs and the difference in price arising from a possible resale in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the required time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, default interest will be charged in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by free sale by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents thoroughly before bidding.

The hay tedder will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place once the full purchase price has been paid. The buyer must collect the purchased movable by 5 February 2026 at the latest. The delivery time must be agreed separately with the supervising enforcement chief inspector. The buyer is responsible for and must pay the costs of removing the purchased movable at the agreed collection time.
