Vehicle is roadworthy, just inspected. The sander/gritter did not start, the control buttons turned freely. The radio did not power up. The interior fan whines loudly on higher settings.


Inspection repair requests: Hazard lights do not work, the number-plate light mounting is deficient at the rear left. (to be repaired by 7 February 2026)
