ABOUT IONISATION:
Negative ions produced into indoor air cause light, positively charged particles to agglomerate by attaching to them, forming a larger, heavier particle that quickly falls out of the breathing zone.

Negative ionisation also breaks down volatile organic compounds in the air, which are very harmful when inhaled indoors. Toxic compounds produced by many microbes — when mixed into indoor air as aerosols — form a massive health risk if they reach the lungs and then the bloodstream. Heavy microbial toxins that do not mix into indoor air mainly cause harm via spores, which are producers of these dangerous toxins.

The effectiveness of ozone (O3) and negative ionisation is based on high concentrations.

When the device produces both ozone and negative ions into the air, performance is 5–10 times better than ozone alone, and the high concentrations remove spores and odours effectively even from porous materials, for example upholstery and bedding.

Fine particles in indoor air pose a serious health threat in homes and workplaces.

Harmful fine particles travel with inhalation to the lower parts of the lungs (alveoli) and from there into the bloodstream, causing serious health problems in addition to asthma and allergies.

Ozonation combined with negative ionisation cleans indoor air of harmful fine particles and also removes bacteria, moulds, viruses and various gases.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation work particularly effectively in an over-pressurised building.

    Ozone and negative ionisation together create compounds that can effectively remove microbial spores and various odours, for example sewer gases, smoke odours, bacterial and mould toxin odours, and persistent cooking and tobacco odours.

    Ozone and negative ionisation also remove fine particles and MVOC (microbial volatile organic compounds) and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) from the air.

    Ozonation and negative ionisation produce a pleasant, easy-to-breathe indoor air — a clean space in which people feel good.

    Ozone and negative ionisation together produce very clean indoor air suitable for workplaces.

Indoor ozonation cannot be carried out if people are present, because ozone is always generated in high concentrations to destroy microbial spores. With high ozone concentration and the combined effect of negative ionisation a good cleaning result is also achieved in porous materials. After indoor air cleaning, the ozonated space is ventilated and occupants can return.
