Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling bars, old-fashioned wedges, straps and luck. The Jokijärvi wedge can be used in several ways — with a battery impact wrench, a ratchet wrench or a powerful cordless tool. Easy to carry.

The device is simple: once the felling direction is chosen and the required felling notch is cut, the wedge is inserted into the saw kerf and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the power tool pushes the wedge that runs between stainless steel lamellae forward, opening the kerf and making the tree fall in the desired direction.

The mechanical directioner produces the force needed to fell trees precisely where you want with minimal strain on the logger. Maintain a safety distance equal to twice the length of the tree to be felled. A single 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
