Note any pick-up times stated in the listing and the section of our sales terms concerning collection of items. If an item is not collected within the deadline, we will charge the buyer the transport and storage costs determined in accordance with our sales terms and/or the listing.

Information in listings

Items are sold as they are at the time of the auction and/or sale. There is no warranty for auction items and no right to exchange or return. The details given in the listing are the seller’s estimates of the item’s condition and characteristics, and any inaccuracies regarding operability cannot be used as grounds for complaint. Large lots may deviate slightly from the quantity stated. The buyer is obliged to inspect the item’s condition and the functionality of accessories before making a binding bid.

Changes to listings

The seller reserves the right to amend the listing to correct errors or to provide additional information before the auction end time and will endeavour to notify of any changes where possible. The buyer is responsible for checking the listing for changes before placing a bid.

Collection of items

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, the seller will charge a reasonable storage fee for the period exceeding five working days from acceptance of the offer, together with any packing and transport costs arising from storage. If accumulated storage fees exceed the amount of the accepted offer, the seller may treat the sale as cancelled and retain the paid purchase price as compensation. The item must be paid for before collection in accordance with Huutokaupat.com Nettihuutokauppa terms of use.

Transfer of ownership

Ownership of the item transfers to the buyer only when it has been collected in accordance with the sales terms, or when it has been handed over for transport by the seller. In these respects the sales terms differ from the general Huutokaupat.com Nettihuutokauppa terms of use.

The receipt will be issued in the name used to place the bid.

By making an offer the buyer agrees to the above terms.
