If you find tiles that are split or cracked, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; you can also view additional products in our showroom with thousands of models.

After 2 weeks storage fee €10 / day / pallet.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised third party.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the sale price for cancellation of a binding sale / unpaid winning bid.
