If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, the buyer must compensate the seller for costs arising from the failed auction

The compensation for cancelling a binding sale is 10% of the auction price, but at least €200.
Under VAT law this compensation is an amount exempt from VAT.
If unforeseeable circumstances arise, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
