Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold as seen and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The Buyer has no right to exchange or return the property, nor any cancellation right under consumer protection law.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are the seller’s estimates of the property. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the property in its current condition.
