Sold are two separate lighting control systems that have served different areas (lower floor and upper floor).

The equipment shown in the photos changes about halfway through — the colour display marks the start of the second system's images.


The systems are sold as a single lot as seen, directly from restaurant use.


The lot includes, among other things:

  • electronics related to lighting control

  • control units, power supplies and distribution devices

  • LED drivers and other lighting-technology equipment


In addition, the lot includes AV equipment, microphone receivers, etc., that were in the same spaces and may appear in the photos and are bundled with the control devices.


The auction does not include building-services or IT equipment that may appear in the photos.

Collection 10–12 January 2026 between 09:00 and 17:00. No other collection times are available.


Collection must be arranged in advance (the auction winner will receive detailed collection instructions).


Payment receipt must be shown on collection.


The buyer is responsible for the safe dismantling, disconnection, relocation, packing and removal of the lot from the insolvency estate's premises.

The buyer must cap/seal electricity and water after disconnection (where water or electricity are present).
