The Aku Pro is a special heavy‑duty trailer with a fully welded, hot‑dip galvanised chassis made from precision laser‑cut parts.

- Extra‑strong leaf‑spring axle (2000 kg)

- Stronger 1500 kg drawbar, safety cable included as standard

- Wheel fitted with 5 bolts (5×112), stronger C‑class tyres with M+S marking

- Watertight, maintenance‑free Knott hubs (Note: hubs are 1000 kg each with large bearings, built for hard use)

- Jockey wheel with reinforced mounting

- Durable suspension with 2×4‑leaf springs and shock absorbers. Shock absorber aligned with the direction of travel (not towards the centre, which would mostly act as a lever). This genuinely helps maintain grip on icy, snowy and wet surfaces.

- Extra‑strong sides, reinforced with a welded tubular frame (not bolted sheet panels)

- Front and rear boards are extra‑strong, made from hot‑dip galvanised metal sheet designed for Nordic conditions

- Watertight plywood floor with non‑slip surface finish

- The tailgate is additionally boarded with plywood and reinforced with a surrounding frame

- Quality side locks for the end boards, fitted on the trailer sides so they do not obstruct loading under the tailgate
