Usage tips:

Smaller ingredients require less cooking time.

Adding more ingredients may lengthen cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway through improves results.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes for extra crispness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Oven‑cooked dishes also work well in this fryer basket.

Optimal portion for fries is 500 g.

Ready‑made dough shortens preparation time for filled snacks.

Use ovenproof tins for cakes and delicate dishes.

The air fryer is also excellent for reheating – 150 °C for up to 10 minutes.

If baking a cake or quiche or frying delicate ingredients, use a baking tray or ovenproof dish in the fryer basket.
