Brief operating instructions

  • The rotation is correct as supplied when the tractor PTO rotates clockwise as viewed from the rear

  • The gearbox is supplied without oil

  • Fill before use with SAE 90 oil to the sight glass level

  • First oil change after approx. 50 operating hours, then about once a year

Installation and commissioning

  • Ensure the hydraulic system oil is completely clean

  • Drain and clean the system, replace the filter and fill with clean oil

  • Bleed the pump and reset the relief valve

  • Run the pump unloaded for about 30 minutes initially and increase load gradually

  • Do not subject the drive shaft to axial or radial forces

  • Use only O-rings suitable for the application

  • Ensure pressure and suction lines are sized for the actual flow

  • Check the relief valve setting with a pressure gauge for the intended flow

• Check the relief valve setting using a pressure gauge.
