The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy to install 9 m² (3,000 × 3,000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a cordless screwdriver to fit the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×3 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy, fast installation solution. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a conventional site‑built terrace.

Patio Classic is stylishly simple in appearance; the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking boards. Edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace with low adjustable feet is supplied with a single edge board round, while a terrace with high adjustable feet has two edge board rounds.

The terrace is delivered as three ready 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm elements. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is straightforward — you only need a cordless screwdriver for the work. Everything else is included.

The terrace is placed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small surface irregularities and minor ground level differences. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm; the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet used, the terrace height is 266–306 mm (low feet) or 306–386 mm (high feet) from ground to top surface. The delivery includes a weed‑control underlay to prevent weeds growing beneath the terrace. Installation is done by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, and fastening the next element. Elements join together with screw connections. The connection method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easily expandable and can be fitted with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fitting equipment later is easy.

The frame is made from efficiently protected, ground‑contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame are treated with preservative and screw joints are made with stainless steel screws. The Patio prefabricated terrace comes with a five‑year structural warranty.
