22 t pneumatic jack

Part of the point-lift group designed to lift a vehicle along a vertical axis. The jack is powered by compressed air, which drives a hydraulic pump that produces pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. Increased pressure pushes the telescopic section of the actuator upwards; reducing pressure lowers it. Another important design feature is the length of the jack, which affects working comfort when lifting vehicles with hard-to-reach support points. Such jacks are fitted with wheels for manoeuvring on-site. Portable versions designed for service vehicles are also available; they are much lighter and smaller for easy transport.

With the fitted lubrication system, friction between contacting surfaces is reduced, which decreases wear and protects against corrosion. Oil often also acts as a coolant.

These jacks are used for servicing trucks, buses, agricultural machines and armoured military vehicles.

The unit is supplied with two additional tips that increase lifting height. Road wheels allow easy transport.

The lift handle can be set to three positions for improved working comfort.
