The Patio Classic ready-made terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3,000 × 3,000 mm) pressure-treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. Comprehensive delivery contents — you only need a screwdriver/driver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×3 ready-made terrace consists of elements and is an easy, fast-to-install terrace solution. In appearance and durability it matches a traditional, on-site built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance: the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure-treated decking boards. The edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace with low adjustable feet is delivered with one outer board row. A terrace with high adjustable feet is delivered with two outer board rows.

The terrace is supplied as three finished elements measuring 1,000 mm × 3,000 mm each. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is straightforward; you only need a screwdriver/driver for the work. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small surface irregularities and minor ground height differences. The low adjustable foot allows height variation up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. The terrace height from ground to top surface is, depending on the feet, 266–306 mm with the low foot and 306–386 mm with the high foot. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing ground fabric to be laid under the terrace. Installation is done by placing the elements in position one at a time, adjusting their height and slope, and fitting the next element. Elements are joined with screw fastenings. The joint method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and required driver bits are included.

The Patio ready-made terrace is easy to extend and fit with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that fitting equipment later is straightforward.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade pressure-treated timber. Cut surfaces of the frame have been treated with wood preservative and screw joints are made with stainless-steel screws. Patio ready-made terraces include a five-year frame warranty.
