The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is an element‑built, quick and easy to install 12 m² (3,000 mm x 4,000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive — you only need a screwdriver/driver to fit the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3x4 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is a fast, simple terrace solution. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional, on‑site built terrace.

The Patio Classic is stylishly simple: the decking is continuous without end joints. The decking is made from solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated deck boards. Edge boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace with low adjustable feet is delivered with one edge‑board run, while a terrace with high adjustable feet has two edge‑board runs.

The terrace is delivered as four ready 1,000 mm x 3,000 mm elements. Each element is light enough for 2–3 people to carry and move.

Installation is straightforward — you only need a driver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small unevenness at the installation site and minor ground level differences. The low adjustable foot allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high foot up to 80 mm. Overall terrace height from ground to top surface: with low feet 266–306 mm, with high feet 306–386 mm. The delivery includes a weed‑preventing underlay fabric for under the terrace. Installation is done by lifting elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt, then fitting the next element. Elements are joined with screw connections. The connection method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy load. All screws and the required driver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easy to extend and to equip later, for example with a terrace railing. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so retrofitting is straightforward.

The terrace frame is made of efficiently protected, ground‑contact suitable A‑grade pressure‑treated timber. Frame cut surfaces are treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five‑year frame warranty.
