At the workshop observed:

-> The car started but would not move. Several warning messages in the instrument cluster. Switched off and restarted the car. The car could be moved approx. 20 m before it again refused to move. After a few start attempts the car was driven to the workshop.

-> 102 fault codes in the memory. Fault finding may be difficult for some faults.

MMV warning light on

-> The car does not move on electric power at all. With the combustion engine the car moves but stalls by itself and does not always restart.

-> Fault memory read + Pre-VAL taken

-> Very many fault codes in the fault memory. Proceed by clearing the fault memory and re-checking the car's operation.

-> Active fault code in the DME that does not clear:

U064100 - Tank pressure sensor for tank ventilation system – no communication (active)

-> Considerable vacuum in the fuel tank when the filler cap is opened.

-> Checked history and found the same fault was investigated earlier (elsewhere) and this code appears in the VAL taken Dec 2022.

-> History shows that in Feb 2023 the fuel tank pressure sensors were replaced and the wiring repaired. However, in the VAL from Aug 2023 the fault code is active again.

-> Fault investigation should start per GFF by inspecting the pressure sensor wiring (requires removal of the fuel tank).

-> Additional fault codes in the memory:

- DME: P060C00 - Control unit – internal fault

-> Per GFF the DME must be replaced. The fault code has also appeared in earlier VALs.

- P288C00 - Separating clutch actuator, temperature - above limit value

-> In a similar case the electric motor (transmission) was replaced. Must be thoroughly investigated before repair.

Fault codes:

- High‑voltage battery:

P0C4800 - Additional coolant pump, activation – short circuit to ground (passive)

-> Pump / wiring harness fault?

- High‑voltage power electronics:

P0BE900 - Electric machine, phase V current sensor – electrical fault (passive)

P0A2F00 - Electric machine, temperature – above limit value (passive)

P0A9300 - Inverter "A" Cooling System Performance (passive)

-> Jan–Jun 2024 investigated in Espoo for power electronics faults. Ticket recommendation was to replace power electronics. However, the car appears to have been taken elsewhere for repair. Based on these codes there may be faults in the coolant pumps and possibly the electric motor.

-> Separate diagnostics required for these.

Other

- When replacing the fuel filler flap it was found the tyre repair bottle had expired July 2021

- Stone chip in the windscreen.

- Incorrect tyre fitment on the car.

- Rear spoiler apparently stuck.

- Second key broken.

- Exhaust flap actuators broken (wiring harnesses not inspected)

- Front brake discs below minimum thickness.
