Defects and other observations

On the test drive we made the following observations:

  • Feels weak under acceleration and the engine warning light comes on –> fault code for fuel pressure. Fine metallic particles found in the plastic housing of the fuel filter – possibly from the high‑pressure pump. Otherwise drives OK.

  • The EGR/intake manifold joint is leaking. One injector has leaked.

    The vehicle has been test‑driven by us and fluid levels have been checked. The vehicle has not undergone a technical condition inspection by us and not all equipment functions have been tested. 
    You may inspect the vehicle before placing a bid; please arrange a visit by calling.
