Please note that a well‑kept item is not new. Below are more detailed examples of condition levels, which apply to all furniture:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: Upholstery on a task chair may have a single small stain, some pilling or slight wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but they may be a little stiffer, e.g. on a task chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded compared with a new one, but a functioning chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: Upholstery on a task chair is dirty or noticeably worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer on a task chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse. Detailed pick‑up information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pick‑up instructions will be emailed after the auction ends.
