All Lay‑Z‑Spa tubs are made from high‑quality materials. The walls are made from DuraPlus material, ensuring excellent strength and durability. The three‑layer DuraPlus includes polyester mesh and PVC. The base is lined with a soft, foot‑friendly surface. Y‑beam supports in the tub walls provide extra support and stability when leaning on the edge. The internal structure uses a Beam construction to keep the tub rigid yet comfortable — soft to the touch but firm.

The robust inflatable Milan Spa is quick to assemble and dismantle without tools. The included pump fills, drains and heats the water. The pump includes Freeze Shield, which monitors water temperature — if it falls below 6°C the heater automatically starts and raises the water to 10°C, then switches off. This prevents the water from freezing and damaging the unit, so the tub can be used for most of the year. Do not use in harsher freezing conditions (below −10°C). The pump is fully digital and includes holders for two bottles or cans. Use the pump timer to schedule heating so the water is ready when you want it.

Milan also features built‑in Wi‑Fi and remote control. Install the Bestway Smart Hub app on Android or iOS, connect the tub to your 2.4 GHz home network and control the tub from your phone. The app lets you set the perfect temperature, activate the power‑saving timer, start water circulation and control the AirJet Plus massage system — all from wherever you are.

The AirJet Plus system provides up to 140 air jets/bubbles and can heat water to 40°C. Compared with the standard AirJet, the Plus feature lets you adjust jet strength and the jets also massage the feet from the base as well as the side walls.

The air jets are controlled via an easy‑to‑use control panel for temperature, jet activation and automatic scheduling. The pump’s water filter keeps the water clean, and the protective cover prevents debris from entering the tub.

Even with heavy use, the same water can be used for several weeks if maintained correctly. The filter cartridge should be rinsed after each use and replaced when necessary.

Remember to buy spare filters in advance and separate chemicals and water‑care products, which can be conveniently dosed using the supplied chemical dispenser.

NOTE. Heating time depends on the starting water temperature, ambient temperature and the set target. The colder the air, the longer it takes. Indicative example: if both pool water and ambient temperature are 10°C and you want to heat to 40°C, heating takes approx. 18.5 hours. If water is below 6°C, the spa heater must run continuously. Minimum operating temperature is −10°C.
