Usage tips:

Smaller items need less cooking time

More items may increase cooking time.

Shaking smaller items halfway improves the result.

Add a little oil to fresh potatoes to increase crispiness.

Avoid frying very fatty items (e.g. sausages).

Foods cooked in an oven also suit this fryer well.

Optimal portion for fries is 500 g

Ready-made dough shortens cooking time for filled snacks

Use oven-safe tins for cakes and delicate dishes.

The air fryer is also suitable for reheating – 150 °C for up to 10 minutes

If you want to bake a cake or quiche or fry delicate ingredients, use a baking tray or ovenproof dish in the fryer basket.
