FOR RENT: available from 1 September — a domestically manufactured, regularly seasonally maintained 14 m3 biopress container that has just been serviced and washed, with all extras (ozonisation, cooling, base heating, bin tipper, hydraulic lid opening). The unit is clean, in good condition and ready for use after installation. It has been used at only one site since 2019 and has been kept indoors and protected from weather. With proper maintenance it can be expected to have at least as many serviceable years ahead as it has behind. With these features and equipment a new press container would cost over €35,000 at 2025 prices.

This auction concerns bids for the daily rental price (including value added tax of 25.5%). Monthly rent is 30 times the daily rental price (billing basis 360 days per year). Rental is under an open-ended agreement with a 30-day notice period starting from the beginning of the following month. The renter operates the equipment themselves and must maintain appropriate insurance. The renter is responsible for the cost of annual scheduled maintenance. The unit has been cleaned and serviced and must be returned cleaned and serviced at the end of the rental. The lessee is also responsible for transporting the unit to the site and away from the site at the end of the rental, and for the costs of correct installation. After an accepted auction a separate written rental agreement will be drawn up. Monthly rent will be invoiced on the 15th of each month with a 14-day payment term.
