Top new factory porcelain Grade 1 60 × 60 cm Cement Cream Matt Porcellanato, Rectified, 20.16 m², matt, dimensionally accurate, rectified = cut edges, a porcelain floor and wall tile that is frost‑resistant. With this quantity you can tile whole house areas such as the kitchen, hallway or living room, or terraces. Also suitable for walls, e.g. in a bathroom.

Note: if you need more, it can be bought cheaply from our shop in Lahti, but this large size is available in limited quantity.

This auction package weighs approx. 400 kg.

Note: the collection fee is €48 and includes the following full service:

- pallet

- stacking onto the pallet (approx. 20–30 min)

- wrapping the tile pallet for freight

- loading the pallet by forklift

Warranty:

If you find tiles that are cracked or broken, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Items must be collected within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products—our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to a third party with a power of attorney.
