Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items may be collected within 2 weeks; you can also view additional products in our showroom, which contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet will apply.

The goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancelling a binding sale or for an unpaid winning bid.
