The item can be delivered via Kiitolinja, car delivery service or Matkahuolto etc., depending on the item. The buyer is responsible for all transport, shipping and packing costs. Delivery outside Mainland Finland is possible for an additional fee. For items we have dispatched but which are not collected, we charge the same delivery fee as was charged for the item, both for return to us and for re-shipment. The item must be collected within 3 working days of the item ending or within the time specified in the notification (where collection is possible). After that we charge €10 per day for storage.
